Help with North Shore Home

Write to support@northshorehome.co about anything on this page. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two business days.

Getting started in Muse

  1. In Muse, add the North Shore Home connector. A North Shore Home sign-in page opens: enter your email address, then the six-digit code we send you (it expires after 10 minutes). You're returned to Muse, connected.
  2. If you'd like Muse to set up your house from your email, connect Gmail in Muse too.
  3. Tell Muse: "Set up my house with North Shore Home." It confirms your address first, then looks through your email for closing papers, inspections, invoices and warranties, and tells you what it found.

After that, ask about your house any time ("When was the furnace last serviced?") or start a project ("I need the back fence replaced").

Your house page

Muse gives you a link to your house page. Sign in with the same email to see everything North Shore Home knows about your house and where each fact came from. Confirm or correct what Muse wasn't sure about, hide anything you don't want used, and choose where notices go.

Getting quotes

Disconnecting

Remove North Shore Home from your assistant's connector settings. To be sure nothing can reach your record, also ask us to end your connections; that takes effect at once. Your record stays until you delete it.

For contractors

Requests come from North Shore homeowners who approved them. Open the job page from the email to see the brief and photos, ask a question, send a price, request a visit or pass. Claim your free profile from any job page. To stop receiving requests, reply STOP. If you got an email claiming to be a North Shore Home request that looks wrong, forward it to us.

Reporting a security problem

If you think someone else has signed in or connected to your account, or you've found a way to see data you shouldn't, email security@northshorehome.co. We end affected connections first and ask questions second. Please don't access other people's data while testing.
